The auster Store turns collaborations into tangible objects people want to own. We’re looking for a Delhi-based Store / Product Manager to ensure those ideas arrive in the world exactly as intended. You’ll balance creative ambition with operational precision—overseeing everything from sourcing and manufacturing to packaging, logistics, and quality control.

Key responsibilities:

Manage the full product lifecycle—from first sample to final delivery
Source and manage manufacturing partners (domestic & international)
Oversee sampling, production timelines, and quality control
Set up and manage 3PL relationships for storage, fulfillment, and returns
Shape packaging that reflects auster’s visual language
Handle import/export logistics, including customs clearance & compliance
Manage product setup on Shopify, including inventory & SKUs
Coordinate product drops with creative & marketing teams
Track production budgets and negotiate with vendors
Monitor on-the-ground production to spot and fix quality issues early
Collaborate with content team on product storytelling for launches

Requirements:

Based in Delhi, with ability to travel domestically for vendor visits
3–5 years of experience in product management, sourcing, or operations
Experience in both small-batch artisan and large-scale manufacturing
Proven expertise in manufacturing, logistics, and quality control
Proficiency in Shopify and 3PL integrations
Strong vendor negotiation & budget management skills
Ability to manage timelines and multiple product launches
High attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
Cultural awareness and interest in creative brands and products
