We’re now looking for a Retention Marketing Manager (Email + SMS) who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves direct communication, and has a proven track record of driving measurable results through creative retention strategies.

Key responsibilities:

Be the main point of contact for a select group of DTC clients, leading email and SMS marketing strategy end-to-end.
Manage Klaviyo and Attentive accounts, ensuring campaigns run smoothly, reporting is accurate, and improvements are continuously implemented.
Develop automation flows to convert first-time buyers into repeat customers and increase retention.
Conceptualize and execute high-engagement campaign plans that drive revenue through weekly email and SMS marketing.
Conduct results analysis regularly and create testing plans for optimization and growth.
Collaborate closely with copywriters and designers to ensure consistent, on-brand campaign experiences.

Requirements:

Deep knowledge of modern DTC brands and the digital ecosystems they operate in.
2+ years of experience managing email & SMS marketing for eCommerce brands.
3+ years of work experience with Klaviyo, Shopify and a range of SMS platforms (Attentive, Postscript, etc.).
Familiarity with eCommerce tools like Recharge, Bold, Okendo, and Yotpo.
Excellent communication, analytical, and time management skills.
Ability to juggle multiple clients or projects with precision and care.
Agency experience or experience managing multiple brands is preferred.
Preference will be given to those based in United States
