Key responsibilities:

The Project Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing and delivering projects across Boxout.fm’s diverse initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. This role requires strong organizational skills, cross-team collaboration, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Project Planning & Coordination:
Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.
Develop detailed project plans and ensure alignment with organizational priorities.
Execution & Monitoring:
Coordinate tasks across departments (events, creative, partnerships, label management, etc.).
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively resolve issues.
Track budgets and ensure cost-effective resource allocation.

Team Collaboration:

Facilitate communication between internal teams, freelancers, and external partners.
Lead project meetings, ensuring action items are documented and followed through.
Reporting & Documentation:
Maintain up-to-date project documentation and ensure clarity on objectives and progress.
Provide regular updates and reports to leadership.

Process Improvement:

Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
Introduce project management tools or frameworks (e.g., Trello, Asana, Monday.com) as needed.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field (Preferred but not required)
Proven track record of successfully managing projects end-to-end.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage budgets and timelines effectively.
Experience working in music, events, or creative industries
Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable with fast-paced, dynamic environments.
