Authentic Audience is a digital marketing agency helping conscious brands connect deeply with their communities through storytelling, strategy, and paid media.

We’re looking for a Junior Media Buyer to join our team on a part-time basis (around 10 hours per week). You’ll assist in managing and optimizing campaigns across Meta, Google, and Pinterest, perfect for someone eager to learn the balance between creativity, data, and meaningful brand storytelling.

Key responsibilities:

Set up and optimize ad campaigns across Meta, Google, and Pinterest.
Conduct keyword research, build audiences, and monitor performance metrics.
Draft ad copy and test creative variations across multiple platforms.
Analyze data and identify insights for optimization.
Support campaign reporting, asset organization, and documentation.
Collaborate with creative and account teams to ensure alignment across campaigns.

Requirements:

1–2 years of experience in digital marketing or paid media (agency experience a plus).
Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
Strong writing and analytical skills.
Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
Comfortable working remotely and asynchronously.
Excited to learn and grow in a mission-driven, creative environment.
