We’ve always believed talent is everywhere, but the infrastructure doesn't exist yet.

Work is becoming more project-based, collaborative, and fluid and yet most platforms still weren't built with that reality in mind.

So we're building what’s always been missing: a network that offers not just community but continuity, one that connects visibility to funding to paid work and people you can collaborate with.

Everything at auster is designed to work together, one thing building on the next. We’re here to offer the kind of infrastructure that lets you build something real.

Here's where to start.

magazine

The magazine started as a way to document our shared creative experiences, a public ledger of sorts. We know how challenging it can be to break through traditional outlets, or even get heard online despite the promise of equal ground the internet offers. That’s why we spotlight voices who are often ignored.

Who this is for: Writers at any stage with something real to say. We care about lived experience and genuine insight over credentials.
What we're looking for: Writing on issues that shape creative life and culture. If it's something you've lived through and rarely seen written about, that's exactly what we're after.
If you have a story to tell, pitch your idea for our forum.

bazaar

We want to help creatives monetize their craft. We're drawn to makers who care about how and why things are made, whether that's handmade physical products rooted in slow, sustainable production, or digital work built with the same intention and purpose.

Who this is for: Artists, makers, and digital creators who have a distinct perspective when it comes to their craft.
What we're looking for: Physical or digital products that are useful, experimental, or simply fun, as long as they’re thoughtfully made.
If you’re interested in collaborating or becoming a stockist with us, submit your idea to our bazaar.

network

Most platforms give you a piece of what you need and leave you to figure out the rest. You find a job lead but no community. A community but no funding. Funding but no one to build with. The network is being built to provide a structure, so that each opportunity and connection can lead you to the next. Help us shape it through this survey.

We're always growing the network with brands and creatives who want to build something real together.

Not sure where you fit? Tell us a little about yourself and what you're looking for here, and we'll reach out if something lines up.

However you choose to get involved, you're helping build something that creatives have needed for a long time. We're glad you're here.
