My Project is an innovative interdisciplinary art project by combining six artistic practices such as sculpture, painting, video, timelapse and photography with the practice of acquascaping.
The work's cultural phylosophy rests on the Buddhist principle of "Perfection of Patience". Buddhist art are highly intrensic and detailed emphasising patience, mindfullness, appreciation, and acceptance, which also finds its way into acquascaping techniques which i have proposed. The project aims to explore the intersection of human existence, nature, and science through an immersive, multisensory experience, integrating visual art forms with aquatic biodiversity. The project tries to address planetary crisis and stimulate urgent awareness about environmental crisis and ecological justice. I hope to remind these virtues in this ever growing chaos, experience and inculcate them within the artist while doing this art and expose and enlighten the viewer to mindfullness, calmness, appreciation of nature and the concept of impermanence of things in life and world.
I am already on with this project attaching the photos here with. Please find the photos in the proposal.
