I want to evolve my WIP creative platform—artistrituals.in—into a full-fledged app that helps aspiring creatives stay inspired and overcome creative blocks across various creative fields.
Expected Impact
Artistrituals.in will shift India’s creative culture from viewing art merely as a commoditised skill to treating the process as a playful, nostalgia-filled ritual. By offering prompts that connect aspiring artists to historical creative personalities both Indian and western, it helps them reshape their routines and stay inspired. Community support for sharing work-in-progress builds ongoing dialogue locally and globally. The platform transforms mundane practice into a daily dose of creative inspiration, inspiring a broader cultural move toward connection through nostalgia, experimentation and shared growth.
Applicant Background
I am a Senior Web and Brand Designer with six years of professional experience and a passionate creative artist exploring oil painting, calligraphy, writing, and expressive dance movement. I’m eager to fuse these skills for a deeply personal cause, and my initial prototype (artistrituals.in) is ready.
